Fitness consultation (30-45 min, phone or Zoom): we’ll discuss your health history, exercise experience, and how you hope to benefit from training. We’ll answer questions and help you choose the most appropriate package.
AND a sample training session (50-60 min, housecall or Zoom). If on zoom, we’ll help decide where to setup your webcam. If in person, we’ll evaluate your workout space. The trainer will determine what equipment would work in your home. If you choose to sign up for a package, we’ll order equipment for you.

Numbers above are the number of sessions/month. Personal Training, Yoga, and Health Coaching sessions are 50-60 min. Massage Therapy sessions, Stretch sessions, Cooking classes, and Grocery Store Tours are 80-90 min.

If you choose to get started with us, we’ll send you the info to pay online (Zelle/Venmo/PayPal). Venmo is our preferred method of payment. Typically no cash nor checks. However, checks are accepted in cases where payment is being made by a geriatric care manager, elder law attorney, daily money manager, or other fiduciary on behalf of the client.
The 6 month package means you’ll be charged on the same date, once a month, for 6 months. If you miss a semi-private or group class, you can attend another class within that month; if the makeup is not used by the end of the calendar month, you forfeit the class. 1-on-1 sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy (so you can reschedule).
There’s a 30 day notice to cancel the entire package. However, sessions already paid are non-refundable. If you cancel the package before the 6 months are up, you will be charged in full for the iPad or workout equipment, but will not pay for any training or nutrition sessions beyond 30 days from your cancellation date. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, etc.
