Done with PT? What’s next? Recovery is a challenge, but we’re here for you. Going back to hardcore gym workouts can be too much, but doing nothing is a surefire way to lose all the progress you made with your physical therapist, occupational therapist, or chiropractor. Let’s bridge the gap from rehab to fitness.
Tailored programs, following doctor’s orders. Complete an in-depth health history form. Meet us for an assessment of your strength, balance, and mobility. Sign a release form at your doctor or therapist’s office, so they can tell us exactly what you need. Then let us create your completely customized plan. After a few months, we reassess so you can celebrate your progress!
Small Group Classes, Customized. You’ll still get an individualized program, just with the support of others working out with you.
No insurance roadblocks. Patients are often forced to stop PT or other medical care before they are fully recovered. And even those who are 100% recovered from their injury need a gentle onramp back to fitness. We can’t take health insurance (even out of network). But we know not everyone can afford 1-on-1. Our smalll group classes are as close as we can get to your PT copays.
Gear built for recovery. Whether you’re working out at home, your building gym, or on Zoom, we analyze your goals and include all equipment needed to complete the program, at no extra charge.
The support you need to succed. Nothing speeds recovery like having friends and family in your corner. Whether in-person housecalls or Zoom, bring a spouse, child, or roommate to class free!
For in-home or Zoom sessions, you would still receive just one set of equipment, but there’s plenty to share. (If you’re going to an independent trainer gym, you would cover any additional space rental costs to bring a 2nd person, but we don’t charge your family member for the class itself.) Kids must be age 14+ to participate.
Small Group Post-rehab on Zoom -- 3 month package:
1-on-1 Assessment of your balance, strength, and mobility
2x/week Small Group fitness classes (First week is a single session, the assessment. So the first month is 7 sessions, and all following months are 8 sessions/month total.)
Classes include a mix of strength, stretching, yoga, foam rolling, and massage gun work
If you aren’t working with an outside nutritionist or dietician, you can also choose to use some classes for coaching on anti-inflmmatory nutrition
50 minutes each, on Zoom
2-5 participants/class, with each participant receiving a customized program
24 hour cancellation policy for all classes
Reschedule when needed during the month. However, unused classes do NOT rollover to the next month
With 2 weeks notice, you can freeze your membership for a month
$200 every two weeks for 4 months
