Getting fit means finding a diet that fits you.

What we know about food:

Soft tacos Spice spoons Blueberries & raspberries

We don’t have to tell you nutrition is a good thing. But it’s also a strategic thing, learning to eat in ways that fit both your life and your needs (and that complement your training, of course). As nutritionists,* we’re not simply going to tell you to eat more greens (but do); we’ll help you navigate the obstacles in your way, from sharing meals out with friends to concerns about chemical additives. And as with our personal training, we always emphasize the positive: more energy, less inflammation, and all the ways that food can be fun. Our nutrition coaching options include:

One Nutrition Coaching session, Cooking Class, or Grocery Store Tour (80-90 min): $350

Food Adventure is a 6 month package with ANY COMBINATION of nutrition coaching, grocery store tours, healthy restaurant experiences, or cooking classes. Mix and match!

“What makes Lisa stand out is her interest in the client as a whole person. She always inquires what I’ve been doing besides exercising. If you’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable and caring, On the Mend is for you.”
