Busy Professionals - we help you find time to be fit.
A crazy schedule. Trying to balance work and family. Over-traveled or overtired. Life can put a lot of obstacles in your way, which is exactly why we’re here. Not only do we work entirely on your schedule, but in your choice of location, considering your health needs, goals, and even nerves if, say, it’s been a while. (It happens.)
We can come to your living room, your apartment building gym, your office, a local park, independent trainer gyms, or Zoom.

“Fabulous training! In addition to tailoring workouts to your specific strengths, weaknesses, and progress, Lisa is a pleasure to work with.
I cannot overemphasize how helpful she was and how she made something I’d rather avoid into a pleasant way to spend an hour.”
