Put yourself center stage. Most of us spend so much time taking care of our clients, team members, and kids. It’s time to take just as good of care of ourselves.
Follow custom programs. We use the first group session to assess everyone’s baseline level of fitness and ensure future classes are fun but challenging.
Have us do the math. Confused about weights, sets, and reps? We figure that all out for you. It’s a class, but each person will be lifting an amount of weight that’s right for them, like with 1-on-1 personal training.
Learn skills you’ll use forever. Your boxes hold a powerful blend of tools used by top personal trainers. Classes will focus on using your new equipment, so you’ll know how to use the gear on your own, long after the class ends.
Thrive with your crazy schedule. You’ll start by choosing a regular weekly timeslot. Need to switch days and times? If all your BFFs agree, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
No coat racks! Many people buy a treadmill that takes up half their apartment (and is rarely used). We send you small items that have a huge impact.
Do it right the first time. We constantly see people who end up with 2 or 3 mats, all of which they hate. Sometimes people start with a cheap, thin, yoga mat, then add a second and third one, just to get enough padding to do core exercises on the floor pain-free. But then it’s too squishy for balance exercises. We get you one quality mat that does it all.
Fitness BFF - 4 month package (2 days/week):
8 small group fitness classes/month (50 min each, on zoom)
4 gift boxes of home fitness equipment (1 box/month, approximately $1,500+ value total)
Choose your focus - you and your BFFs can decide if you want to focus on yoga, fitness, or a combination.
Bring a spouse, child, or roommate free! (Kids must be age 14+ to participate). To be included in your membership, they must be with you in person (sharing your Zoom square), and you share one set of equipment.
