We setup a private Zoom class just for you and your friends.

Post once a month, and we’ll send you a curated collection of fitness gear - strong enough for athletes, safe enough for beginners, small enough for your apartment!

Get the best of the best. We spent years researching equipment brands to find gorgeous gear that’s just as pretty on the inside (made with nontoxic materials).

Have us do the math. Confused about weights, sets, and reps? We figure that all out for you. It’s a class, but each person will get a tailored program and be lifting an amount of weight that’s right for them, like with 1-on-1 personal training.

Learn skills you’ll use forever. Your boxes hold a powerful blend of tools used by top personal trainers. Classes will focus on using your new equipment, so you’ll know how to use the gear on your own, long after the class ends.

Do it right the first time. We constantly see people who end up with 2 or 3 mats, all of which they hate. Sometimes people start with a cheap, thin, yoga mat, then add a second mat, just to get enough padding to do core exercises on the floor pain-free. But then it’s too squishy for balance exercises. We get you one quality mat that does it all!

Fitness BFF 3 month packages:

• 1-on-1 Assessment of your balance, strength, and mobility


• Small Group fitness classes
  (First week is a single session, the assessment. You choose 1 or 2 days/week ongoing. For the 2 day/week package, the first month is 7 sessions, and all following months are 8 sessions/month total.)


• Choose your focus - you and your BFFs can decide if you want to focus on yoga, fitness, nutrition, or a combination.


• 50 minutes each, on Zoom


• 3-8 participants/class, your BFFs only!


• 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes.


• Reschedule when needed during the month. (To switch, all your BFFs must to agree to the new date/time.) However, unused classes do NOT rollover to the next month.


• With 2 weeks notice, if all your BFFs agree, you can all freeze your memberships for a month if needed.


• Bring a spouse, child, or roommate free! (Kids must be age 14+ to participate). To be included in your membership, you share one set of equipment.
  

Once a week classes: $150 every two weeks for 3 months

Twice a week classes: $200 every two weeks for 3 months
